Events in the history of IIT Kharagpur that the administration would very much like to keep under wraps.

While this may/may not be true, this is a difficult thing to ascertain objectively, and is a bad category IMO. It comes uncomfortably close to "gossip" or "scandalous news", but the pages actually in this category (eg. a page documenting suicides in 2017) need to be written with compassion and openness, in addition to the goal of documenting institutional apathy, if any.

Also, calling a piece of news "scandalous" may inadvertently make it so, and actually make it more difficult to engage with the administration in a constructive manner.

I understand the sentiment of frustration behind this, but I feel strongly that we should try to express ourselves in a way that's good for those who need help/guidance.

I suggest naming this category the more neutral "Incidents", and being careful to use compassionate language and perhaps link to resources for help as a general rule on these kinds of pages.
