B. R. Ambedkar Hall of Residence is one among the twenty halls in IIT Kharagpur. It has been operational since July 2014. It is the second largest hall in IIT Kharagpur with capacity of 1540 students. Majority of the students resides here are Research Scholars(RS). It was one of a kind, co-ed hall with one wing solely allocated to girls until May 2017. After reallocation of girls, new UG/PG & PGDBM students are allocated to BRH. It is a massive and grand hall with beautiful internal as well as external architecture.

Location

Situated near super duper. One can reach by taking the straight road beside the north of B C Roy Technology Hospital & behind the Azad Hall of Residence.
