The class will be divided into three sections in 2:1:1 ratio. Half the class will attend the design class. The rest half is further divided into the two slots for Fluid Flow Laboratory. The courses get swapped for both the halves of the class after midsem.

Prerequisite- CH20001Laboratory experiments: Bernoulli s experiment, Flow through square and circular pipes, Flow through horizontal nozzles, Flow through pipe fittings, Flow through packed beds, V-notch, Pitot tube, Venturi and Orifice meters, Rotameter, Pipe flow viscometer, Pump characteristics.Design- Studies on valves, pipe fittings and piping network design.
