The Career Development Centre (previously known as the Training and Placement Cell) aims to guide students to think in terms of careers where they can excel in their inherent potential. CDC is not only responsible for the Placements of students of IIT Kharagpur but also assists them in developing the necessary skills to be proficient in their field of interest.
