Gas Chromatography:- Principles and construction, detectors, Industrial gas chromatograph, Liquid chromatography. Ionising electrodes: -pH and ion sensitive electrodes, ISFET and chemical sensors. Absorption spectroscopy:-IR and UV spectroscopy. Non-dispersive technique of measurement; UV fluorescence spectroscopy. Emission Spectroscopy: Flame and atomic emission spectroscopy.
