Kalpana Chawla Space Technology Cell abbreviated as KCSTC is a space technology cell set up by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) to facilitate the collaborative work of the faculties of IIT Kharagpur with ISRO. It was founded in 1998 and it's new building was set up in 2004.[1]
