NSO Health and Fitness is one of the courses in EAA. The classes are about 45 minutes - 90 minutes long and are held on Wednesday and Saturday at 5:30 AM. In winter, the class starts at 6:00 AM. The activity includes PT Exercises, Cardiac exercises, jumping, sitting exercises, jogging and the special activities include rallies, cycle rallies and karate training. The classes are mostly held at Jnan Ghosh Stadium.
