NSO Health and Fitness

NSO Health and Fitness is one of the courses in EAA. The classes are about 45 minutes - 60 minutes long and are held on Wednesday and Saturday at 6:00 AM. In winter, the class starts at 6:15 AM. The activity includes PT Exercises, Cardiac exercises, jumping, sitting exercises, jogging and the special activities include tug of war, football, sprint etc . The classes are mostly held at Tata Sports Complex and Jnan Ghosh Stadium.
