Nehru Hall of Residence
Located in PAN loop, Nehru Hall is the second oldest hall of residence. The motto of Nehru Hall is सा विद्या या विमुक्तये , which means "Knowledge Leads to Enlightenment".
History
Nehru Hall of Residence was named after Motilal Nehru, the politician, the lawyer, and the political activist. Nehru Hall is known for its stellar performance in general championship events with having all podiums every year, including a platinum (Gold in Technology, Sports and Games, and Social and Cultural) in the year 2006 - 2007, that no other hall possess. Nehru Hall boasts the highest GCs in all three domains amongst all other hall of residences. Nehru Hall is also known for its highest points ever achieved throughout institute in general championship social and cultural. Nehru Hall achieved a whopping 1080 points and still stands with its record. Even the second highest points is held by Nehru Hall of Residence.

Every year, all the halls of residence come together to fight and win the cup of general championship in Sports and Games, Technology, and Social and Cultural. Nehru Hall of Residence bags a podium every year and boasts the highest number of GCs in the institute.
