Template parameters
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Date	`date`	The date this template was added to the page. (Input: Monthname Year)	String	optional
Reason	`reason`	Brief explanation of the reason why this template is placed, eg. the event that renders accuracy of the claim questionable. Default The date of the event predicted near this tag has passed.	String	optional
?	`?`	Adds '?' to the end of template text and changes wording of caption to denote uncertainty (Input: yes)	String	optional
