Upload Access for society logos

Hi, I see we can upload images to metaKGP server directly. Regarding the logo of TLS, it has not been published anywhere online except it's Facebook page. To upload it to wikimedia commons, I guess we need to add the image to flickr or similar sites under CC license. Can't we just upload it directly to the metaKGP server?
