Adding content from other sites

Hey there! Thank you for your contributions to metaKGP. It'd be great to have you continue helping the community grow. I just had to say a small but important thing. When adding content to different pages, please do not copy paste material directly from any site (even if it's our own institute's website) as it would lead to copy right violations. Please note that paraphrasing is also a form of copyright violation. A good way to avoid it is to read the whole content and let it sink in your mind. Then later try to rewrite it in your own words, so that it becomes your work. Another way would be to directly quote the source, but it's not a recommended solution for most of the scenarios. Let me know if you have more queries. Xtinct (talk) 23:48, 16 September 2015 (IST)

Thank you Xtinct for the information about copyright violation. Honestly, I wan't aware of that. I will modify the page (Rajbhasha Vibhag ??) which I think is plagiarized. --Orkohunter (talk) 23:53, 16 September 2015 (IST)
