Code.Fun.Do is a Microsoft sponsored hackathon requiring student teams to come up with an application prototype in 24 hours. The complete program is spread over the entire weekend involving workshops, coding, and demos followed by results and prize distribution. Winners usually take away exciting Microsoft products (Nokia Lumia, for example) while t-shirts and participation certificates are awarded to all teams who give the demo.[1]

It is organized in IIT Kharagpur in collaboration with CodeClub[2], the department society of Computer Science & Engineering.

2015[edit | edit source]

Code.Fun.Do for the session of 2015-2016 was organized on October 10-11, preceded by a Microsoft Bootcamp session on October 9. Over 400 people registered for the hackathon and 64 teams registered for the demo presentation.
