Page improvements

Confusing set of links for each entry

@Amrav : We should standardize this to 2 links each:

- a link to the website of the program - the link to the Wikipedia / MetaKGP Wiki entry.

Currently, some of them lead to a Wiki entry, whereas others lead to the website of the program. This is highly confusing, and IMO undesirable.
